Represented Sony Corporation (Japan) and its Chinese subsidiary in handling unfair competition litigation concerning lithium-ion battery technology against Sichuan Dexian Company. This case was China’s first civil lawsuit alleging abuse of intellectual property rights for monopolistic purposes, occurring during the drafting process of China’s Anti-Monopoly Law. After nearly 3 years, a complete victory was achieved. The case was included in the Selected Intellectual Property Cases published by the Shanghai High People’s Court.
